The Ability Conscious Program contains resources and support for self-development, and strategies for navigating neurodiversity, from the insights of lived experiences, and a community for sharing and learning from one another.
What is in the ability conscious program (ACP) ?

Fortnightly 1 hour Zoom: discussing: Wins/Questions/Information regarding neurodivergent living.

Private Online Group: where we share: Links, and different support networks to help us navigate the neurodiversity support, we do this using Facebook Resources.

Private Facebook Chat: To Connect With other Members in The Ability Conscious Program.
Who Qualifies To Join The Ability Conscious Program (ACP)?
You will need to be Neurodivergent
(self diagnosis is valid & being a parent that self diagnosis as neurodivergent)
You will need to give a trusted Number and email as an emergency contact , that you would be happy for us to contact, if we feel you need more support than Xabilities can offer.
(could be a parent, friend, therpist, support worker.)
We are a self development group looking into our self growth, so if your in a place of heavy trauma, crisis, and needing mental health support from a recent event, we would not recommend Xabilities Ability Conscious Program, as we talking about heavy traumatic situation is best suited for therapist and could trigger and put the ability conscious program members in an unsafe space, so if your not quite ready for the program, we will be contacting you and your emergency contact, to ask you to step down and come back later on in your journey.
